Can we predict the exchange rate for tomorrow/next week or month?

Answer:
We cannot predict the exact rate for the future. This is due to the fluctuation of foreign currency as well as the flowing of the Thai Baht, therefore, we cannot tell the future exchange rate. However, you can ask for the trend of each currency to help your decision-making.

 

Question: 
Can we do forward the exchange rate?

Answer:
The answer is no. We cannot fix the exchange rate however; the customer can discuss the rate and time with us through our hotline number and would be able to get the discussed rate within the due time

 

Question: 
Do we have any transaction service fees?

Answer: 
No, we do not have any surcharge.

 

Question: 
What documents do you need to provide us when exchanging currency?

Answer: 
You will need to present your valid Thai ID card or passport (original or copy) as a form of identification to exchange currency.

*In case a valid passport is not available, we will provide a certification form that you need to complete this form for exchanging currency. To avoid a time-consuming process, we suggest you bring your valid original or copy of your passport

 

Question: 
Is there any limitation on foreign currency exchange?

Answer: 
You are allowed to purchase foreign currency (Thai baht to foreign currencies) up to 800,000 Baht/per passport/per day. While selling foreign currency to Thai baht is no limit.

 

Question: 
Do we accept Thai baht transfers from your online banking for purchasing foreign currency?

Answer: 
Linda Exchange will provide an online banking service in 2020.

 

Question: 
Do we have a car park?

Answer: 
Yes, we have a car park providing for our customers free of charge for 20 minutes, (soi Elizabeth, Opposite Kasikorn Bank). The customer can park the car inside Elizabeth hotel alley.
